This work is part of the collective exhibition ART INTERRUPTED, held at il-Kamra ta' Fuq from the 19th of March to the 17th of April 2022.   

 

These unfinished works are from the 'notes from the Anthropocene' series. Originally, the concept was to create two phantastic compositions related to the sea on two separate canvases. However, after the first phases of colour application, Abela never finished the works. Maybe they were meant to be left in their own unfinished existential state.
