This artwork was created after a long walk along the pensisula of Delimara.

 

The rock formations are particularly white in colour which contrasts with the stark blue sea. Calleja enjoyed playing with the single use of one colour and the texture of the paper itself to create a series of works which use contrast and texture to create a composition which reflects a small snippet of the shoreline.
